Anthony Taddeo is an accomplished litigator with a primary focus on defending clients in personal injury cases involving product liability, toxic tort, and construction defect litigation. He brings extensive experience to all aspects of litigation defense, including expert and fact witness depositions, motions practice, witness development, product investigation, and comprehensive trial support.
Anthony frequently collaborates with National Trial Counsel for equipment manufacturers in high-profile product liability trials, assisting in the preparation of opening and closing statements, developing cross-examinations of plaintiff’s experts, and preparing defense experts. He has a proven track record of successfully briefing and prevailing on motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss.
Beyond litigation, Anthony assists clients with risk management and claims avoidance, develops operational plans and training programs, and provides on-site crisis management in commercial construction defect matters.
Before entering the legal profession, Anthony served as an officer in the United States Army with the First Armored Division during Desert Storm in 1990-1991. He earned the Bronze Star Medal (service), Kuwaiti Liberation Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, and National Defense Service Medal. Anthony is a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
