As Executive Director and a core member of the leadership team at Satterwhite Taddeo, Danielle Dann shapes the firm’s operational strategy and drives its continued growth. With over two decades of legal experience, Danielle is recognized for developing and implementing best practice policies that enhance efficiency, profitability, and client service.

Danielle began her legal career as a paralegal in Charleston, South Carolina, specializing in fast-paced asbestos injury litigation. She later returned to her home state of Virginia, focusing on medical malpractice and healthcare law, where she assisted in well over fifty jury trials and played an integral role in case development and courtroom strategy.

Since assisting the founding Shareholders in opening Satterwhite Taddeo, Danielle has help to build the firm’s administrative foundation. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to operational excellence that supports the firm’s long-term objectives.

Danielle is an active member of the Richmond Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and currently serves on its Board of Directors as Secretary, reflecting her dedication to professional development and community engagement.

She obtained her Bachelors Degree from the College of William & Mary and her Paralegal Certificate from Old Dominion University.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys the beach, reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
